Founded in 2021 by designer Kseniya Popova, wrong door studio is a commercial interior design practice focused on hospitality, retail and beauty spaces. We work with founder-led brands and growing businesses to create their next location, first physical format or a clearly defined pilot.

Our approach combines brand identity with spatial strategy, customer journey and operational flow. We translate what makes a business distinctive into a thoughtful interior that works for its guests, its team and the realities of the site.

In Germany, we support projects from early site assessment and concept development through design and implementation. Across Europe and worldwide, we collaborate with local architects, engineers and contractors, while remaining involved through design reviews and agreed site visits.
